Zetta has been engaged by the Department of Environment and Conservation WA (DECWA) to implement a side-by-side upgrade of the existing System Center Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr) 2007 environment to the latest version which is ConfigMgr 2012.

Zetta provided DECWA with a comprehensive architectural design providing like for like functionality of the existing implementation as well as new and improved features, installation and configuration of the ConfigMgr 2012 design, deployment of the new ConfigMgr 2012 client to the desktop and laptop fleet, and operational process documentation to enable DECWA IT administrators to manage the Windows desktop computers in their production domain.

In upgrading to ConfigMgr 2012, DECWA have streamlined the administration and deployment of their new Windows 7 Managed Operating Environment (MOE) and lowered their overall support costs.
