What’s it like working with Zetta?
We’re a relaxed, flexible and dynamic place to work. Of course, we’re always professional – especially when we’re working at one of our client’s sites. But we’re also a workplace with personality. Our office at 108 St Georges Tce is in a really cool building, at the heart of the city, in between the Esplanade and Perth Underground Stations and a short walk from the Wellington St bus port. The building has amazing end-of-trip facilities if you prefer to cycle, walk or run to work.

The benefits of working for Zetta

Flexible Working
On top of our flexible leave arrangements, many employees are also able to work from home up to two days a week (depending on their role). Part-time roles exist as well. We can often be flexible on daily start and finish times, too.

Zetta Leave Day
Every member of the Zetta team gets an extra day of paid annual leave they can use whenever they like, any day of the year. Whether you want a day off to go to your school assembly or you just need a doona day, you can use your Zetta Leave Day however you want.

Paid Parental Leave
Zetta is pleased to offer Parental Leave to both primary and secondary carers, in addition to the Government’s Paid Parental Leave entitlement. and while your on Parental Leave we will also pay your super. If you’re the primary carer, we’ll also give you a bonus equivalent to two weeks’ pay.

Training & Development
We believe in lifelong learning, skills development, and career progression, so we support our team members with access to relevant training and development opportunities. We’ll pay for the course, give you study leave and, depending on the qualification, we might pay a completion bonus.
