What does "Business As Usual" mean?
‘Business as Usual’ (BAU) means we cover everything that’s required to keep your existing IT systems running day-to-day, so costs stay predictable, and your business stays operational.
Major changes like office moves, server migrations, new site rollouts, etc. are scoped and quoted as separate projects.
How does quarterly true-up billing work?
The flat monthly $95 per user rate covers all 17 Perth service areas listed in our service guide. Headcount and billing are adjusted once per quarter; no mid-month surprises.
Hardware, software licensing (like M365), and project work sit outside the flat fee agreement.
What happens if we grow our team mid-quarter?
We use quarterly true-up billing. Your headcount is counted once per quarter, and the invoice is adjusted at that point. If you need to leave, 30 days’ notice is all that’s required. No lock-in penalty.
Is there a contract lock-in period?
No. The Essential Tier runs on 30 days’ notice. We’d rather earn your business every month than lock you into something that’s not working for you.
What's not included in the Essential Tier?
Hardware, software licensing (including M365 subscriptions), and project work (such as office moves or server migrations) are not included in the Essentials Tier. We’re upfront about this because we’d rather you’re fully aware of how our service tiers work before you sign.
How is this different from break-fix IT support?
Completely different. ‘Break-fix’ means paying a call-out fee whenever something goes wrong. With Managed IT, a flat monthly rate replaces these unpredictable bills. We’re monitoring your environment proactively, catching problems before they can cause trouble.
