Wednesday, March 8th was International Women’s Day #BeBoldForChange!
The team at Zetta hosted a morning tea to acknowledge and celebrate this day and share ideas to enhance diversity in our organisation – inclusive of gender, culture, and people with disability. We want to thank all Zetta employees, both male and female, for attending this event and inspiring diversity and equality in our workplace.
Male employment is predominant in the ICT industry. At Zetta we have challenged our team to grow our female employee group, increasing the diversity of candidates, strengths and experiences, and by promoting the various roles and opportunities available in this growing industry.
