Zetta is pleased to announce it has been engaged by Scitech to improve, enhance and support their entire ICT (Information, Communication, and Technology) infrastructure.
Scitech expects continued, significant growth of their engagement with the Western Australian community, inspiring interest and learning in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). A critical enabler of this growth is a reliable and resilient ICT infrastructure and enhanced support for end users.
Zetta will provide Scitech with a streamlined ICT managed service that includes improved support for all end users including remote users. End users will have access to a new full service Help Desk which will assist with all IT related issues. Zetta will also provide management and support of Scitech’s server and network infrastructure to ensure it is optimally configured and managed. A key component of the service is to implement and embed Zetta’s proven ITIL processes that will help ensure continuous improvement and optimal service provision.
“Zetta’s extensive experience in Managed Services has built our strong reputation amongst WA businesses and we are excited to be working with Scitech to help optimize their ICT”, said Nathan Harman, CEO Zetta. “What we value most is understanding our clients’ business needs and customising a framework that simplifies their virtual world.”
”Scitech is working through an exciting time of digital transformation and change – working with Zetta to streamline our ICT service is a critical foundation to our future success,” said Alan Brian, CEO Scitech.
The engagement with Scitech is an exciting and positive step towards a more progressive and virtual future.
