Phase 1 is the full site audit
It costs $950, and nothing later can be quoted until it exists. If you have already paid for a full audit, it counts as phase 1.

Each phase is priced on its own
Quoted by effort in designer-days and complexity, once its inputs exist. You pay per phase as you go, not one lump sum up front.

Stop wherever suits your budget
Commission up to whichever phase you want and stop. You keep that phase’s deliverable. A later phase can’t be commissioned until the earlier ones are.

The audit bookends the work
We benchmark at the start and re-audit at the end, so the shift is measured rather than asserted. Work beyond an agreed phase is re-quoted.
