WHY IT’S DIFFERENT
Most small businesses manage IT reactively, fixing problems when they’ve already put a hole in the day. Bills can be unpredictable, and larger issues left unresolved.
Zetta’s Essentials Tier is the comprehensive solution to this ‘break-fix’ approach. Built around the five basic pillars of small business managed IT. It has everything covered for one flat monthly fee.
Keep You Running
Proactive monitoring spots and fixes IT issues long before you’d ever notice them, so downtime stops eating into the work that actually grows your business.
Keep You Secure
Our 24/7 cybersecurity operations centre (SOC) watches your systems and shuts down threats around the clock, not just during business hours.
Keep You Connected
We set up Microsoft 365 properly and show you the time-saving automations most businesses pay for but never use.
Keep You Supported
One number and Zetta’s IT support Perth-based engineers every time, with critical issues resolved in 30 minutes, on time and on budget.
Keep You Informed
Quarterly reviews, plain-English reporting and annual IT roadmaps are all part of our small business managed IT services, so you always know what you’re paying for and why it matters.

GOT QUESTIONS
Here are actual answers to some of the most common questions about managed IT from Perth small business owners. If your question isn’t here, get in touch with us today. We’re more than happy to talk about our service.
‘Business as Usual’ (BAU) means we cover everything that’s required to keep your existing IT systems running day-to-day, so costs stay predictable, and your business stays operational.
Major changes like office moves, server migrations, new site rollouts, etc. are scoped and quoted as separate projects.
The flat monthly $95 per user rate covers all 17 Perth service areas listed in our service guide. Headcount and billing are adjusted once per quarter; no mid-month surprises.
Hardware, software licensing (like M365), and project work sit outside the flat fee agreement.
We use quarterly true-up billing. Your headcount is counted once per quarter, and the invoice is adjusted at that point.
No. The Essential Tier runs on 30 days’ notice. We’d rather earn your business every month than lock you into something that’s not working for you.
Hardware, software licensing (including M365 subscriptions), and project work (such as office moves or server migrations) are not included in the Essentials Tier. We’re upfront about this because we’d rather you’re fully aware of how our service tiers work before you sign.
Completely different. ‘Break-fix’ means paying a call-out fee whenever something goes wrong. With Managed IT, a flat monthly rate replaces these unpredictable bills. We’re monitoring your environment proactively, catching problems before they can cause trouble.
Yes. Our service desk operates on a remote-first resolution model, which works well for teams spread across multiple locations. For regional WA, get in touch with us, and we’ll give you an honest assessment of what onsite support looks like for your location.
